At Bay Massage & Skin Care, we accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and cash. We also offer gift certificates (see below) that can be redeemed for any of our services and products. Tips are gladly appreciated but never expected.

Prices
Our prices are subject to change. Also, prices for some services may vary based on hair length and service time. Your massage therapist or skin care therapist will confirm the price with you before starting any service. For more detailed pricing information, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Failure to give adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee for the entire amount of the scheduled service. Please note, when scheduling appointments online, a credit card will be required to secure the appointment. If a gift certificate is on file, the cancellation fee may be deducted from the gift certificate balance.
Appointment Information
We are "By Appointment Only". If you'd like to stop by for products or to schedule an appointment, we suggest you call us and leave a message so that we can make sure one of our therapists is available.
All new clients should arrive a few minutes early to complete consultation intake forms. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to shorten or re-schedule your appointment. This ensures that our next client will not be delayed.

Gift Certificates

We will consult with each client prior to your treatment to ensure that we meet your unique needs and goals. Our skin care treatments exclusively utilize Dermalogica products, a professional product line which delivers amazing results. Our licensed skin care therapists receive comprehensive training in the proper use of each professional product and believe Dermalogica to be an industry leader in quality skin products.
